The Massachusetts National Guard Military and Family Program empowers Air & Army Guard Members and their Families through advocacy, educational opportunities, mentorship, and sustainable community collaboration to enhance Readiness and Retention.
Our mission is to enhance all phases of Military Life by supporting the foundation for resiliency, strengthening relationships, and promoting patriotism.

Our Purpose and Program
We are a resource and Referral Program for Current and Former Military Members, their Families and Veterans of all eras. Our program and services include Soldier and Family Readiness Specialist, Airman and Family Readiness, Child and Youth Services and Survivor Outreach Services. We operate Family Assistance Centers (FAC) to provide information and referrals to the appropriate agencies for:
- Emotional & Mental Well Being - Legal
- Educational Benefits - Veteran’s Benefits
- Career Assistance - DEERS/ID Cards
- Financial Assistance - Housing
- Tricare Information
