We are the Massachusetts National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Division. As a Contracting Center under the direction of the National Guard Bureau, we provide contracting support to Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our Headquarters for contracting operations is located within the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) at Hanscom Air Force Base. We also have a contracting presence at Otis and Barnes Air National Guard Bases.
The Massachusetts National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Division provides simplified purchasing and formal contracting support for all elements of the Massachusetts Army and Air National Guard which is accomplished through the local acquisition of materials, equipment, services and construction items not readily available through the established government supply support system.
We are focused on acquiring quality, technologically superior, equipment and services in the shortest time possible for our customers while obtaining the best value for the American taxpayer. We are a full service, life-cycle acquisition organization that is expert in market research as well as the solicitation, award and administration of contracts, grants, cooperative agreements and other transactions. In addition, we support the upgrading of the National Guard infrastructure within the Commonwealth through major military construction and architecture and engineering contracts.
As a supporter of the National Guard Bureau’s Small Business Program, we ensure that a fair proportion of our total purchases and contracts are placed with small business, small disadvantaged business, women owned small business, historically underutilized business (HUBZone) and service disabled veteran owned small business.
